Educational leadership can be challenging enough. Supporting and challenging others to discover their strengths. Exploring new ideas. Taking positive risks and being vulnerable? Yep, it is no easy feat.

Leading is more than simply getting a title. Most leaders out there don’t actually have the title. They are already supporting those around them to achieve more than they thought possible – not by telling them what to do, but by walking the talk, recognising and building up strengths, supportively challenging and constantly reminding others of that collective vision, goal or next step.

These posts are all about sharing big ideas and ways of thinking to help anyone in educational leadership out there achieve that feat.
