A great teacher builds positive relationships with students to help them discover and unleash their strengths, skills and potential.

Teachers connect, engage, challenge and recognise their students. They tap into their interests and create opportunities that help students know where they are at and where they are going next. Great teachers support them in the different ways they could get there.

We do all of this in whatever subject area we are teaching. Because at its core, teaching is about people, connections and discoveries.

These posts are here to support any teacher to build positive relationships, connect with students and engage them. If we can do that, then we can make the biggest impact possible.
